UPDATES FOR OUR MEMBERS ON what we're doing
Monday, March 30, 2020 - Update on banking centers and hours of operation
Many county and city governments have issued "safer-at-home" or "shelter-in-place" type orders. Financial institutions, like First South Financial, have been designated as essential services, which means that we will continue to provide you with critical support during these uncertain times.
In response to the ever evolving COVID-19 situation, we are making some changes to our operations.
Starting Monday, March 30th and going through at least Tuesday, April 7th we will be making the following changes:
- We will change our hours of operation to 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (no Saturday hours)
- The following banking centers will be open to serve you via their drive thru lanes or by appointment in the lobbies starting Monday, March 30th
- Bartlett (6471 Stage Road)
- Cordova (1575 Germantown Road)
- Dyersburg (230 Community Park Road)
- Highland (633 South Highland)

- Winchester (7166 Winchester Road)
- Our call center will be open its normal hours - 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday (Central Time)
The personnel from the banking centers not on this list will be deployed to other banking centers and our call center to help support our member service efforts.
If you need to access your safe deposit box at our Atoka or Collierville banking centers after Monday, March 30, 2020 please call us at 901-380-7400 and we'll get you in touch with the proper personnel to get your appointment scheduled during our normal business hours. Requests for appointments to access your box can usually be accommodated within 1 to 2 business days of the request.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will post updates to this page and to our social media platforms, as well as email.
We appreciate your patience as we all work our way through these highly unusual times.

Wednesday, March 18, 2020 Update
The spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) has all of our attention. That's why we wanted to let you know that First South Financial is doing everything possible to keep our employees and you, our valued members, safe while delivering the best member service possible.
We are monitoring and following all guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as state and local governments, and have taken several precautionary measures for the health and safety of our employees and members.
Banks and credit unions are on the essential services list issued by the US and several local governments, which means we are not affected by any "stay-at-home" "shelter-in-place" directives. Our banking centers, ATMs and call center remain open to serve you. Our complete suite of digital services, including online banking and mobile banking, are available so you can bank with us anytime and from anywhere.
As of now, our banking centers will be restricted to access via drive-thru and appointment only. Please call us at 901-380-7400 and we'll be happy to assist you or transfer you to the appropriate banking center so you can schedule a convenient time to meet during our regular business hours.
Our mobile banking app also offers mobile deposit, allowing you to deposit a check from anywhere at any time for free! We have also increased our daily per check and per account limits as well as some of our hold times to assist you with using mobile deposit for any tax returns, payroll checks, loan payments or other needs you may have.
Should you need cash, you can use any of our ATMs, the cash back feature that many stores offer as part of their checkout process, and of course any ATMs on the VISA network*.
And of course our call center is available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time Monday - Friday by calling 901-380-7400.
If you need to apply for a loan, you can do so online 24/7 and we have the digital channels in place to allow you to virtually close your loan when possible.
Our goal is to ensure that you can conduct business quickly and easily no matter which delivery channel you use - in person, online or over the phone.
The situation could cause some of you, our members, to face financial difficulties. Please know we are here to help and encourage anyone who may be impacted to contact us to discuss how we might be of assistance. You can reach us at 901-380-7400 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It's our continued wish that our members, staff and communities are impacted as little as possible by this and that everyone remains healthy and safe. Together, with patience and common sense, we will get through this.
