We've made it easy to secure your account with multi-factor authentication throughout the online banking experience. Visit your account settings in the app and online to activate multi-factor authentication and protect your account.

Stay vigilant against phishing scams! First South Financial Credit Union will never request sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, Online Banking PINs, passwords, account numbers, card numbers, or account balances by email, text message or phone.

Monitor your account regularly. Contact us immediately to report suspicious activity. 

Please beware of solicitors who ask for sensitive information. If you receive an email or text message, phone call or any other forms of solicitation requesting your personal information, please contact us immediately.
