Important information for Samsung users

update: issue resolved with new version of mobile banking app

​Here at First South Financial, ensuring that you have access to your account information at any time on any device is one of our top priorities.

Recently we had discovered a compatibility issue between Samsung devices and the Android 9 "Pie" operating system (OS) that is impacting our mobile banking app. 

Users who upgraded their devices to the Android 9/Pie OS were not able to log into the mobile banking app.

We are pleased to announce that we have a new version of our mobile banking app (4.6.81) that is now available to download in the Google Play store.

This new version addresses the conflict that was impacting our mobile banking app for users with a Samsung device running Android 9.0/Pie OS.

We apologize for any inconvenience and deeply appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
